TRAINING SCHOOL. Advances in Urinary Stents. Biomaterials, Coatings and Drug Eluting Stents (DES). 26th-27th September, 2019. Lublin (Poland)

The ENIUS network carried out in Lublin (Poland) a Training School focused on WG3 and WG4. The local organization was excellent led by Dr. M. Grochowicz and Dr. M. Rogulska from the University of Lublin and the people in charge of the activity were Prof. G. Ciardelli (WG4-Leader) and Dr. A. Barros (WG3-Leader). During two days the 25 participants could discuss and enjoy the presentations made by the speakers: Dr. Irene. Carmagnola (Politecnico di Torino, Italy), Dr. Valentina Cauda. (Politecnico di Torino, Italy), Dr. Mathilde Giuliano (Rocamed, France), Julia E. de La Cruz (JUMISC, Cáceres-Spain), Prof. Dr. Yannis Missirlis. (University of Patras, Greece), Dr. Federico. Soria (JUMISC, Cáceres-Spain).  

During the TS there was time for a Hands-on innovation session as a Brainstorming on How to improve coatings and DES? Evaluation of commercially available urinary stents. Design and placement systems. This allowed the exchange of knowledge and the answer to many questions among the members of this multidisciplinary group.
